3 C. flour,1 T. sugar, 1 T. dried minced onion (opt.), 1 T. dry milk powder, 1 T. dill seed, 1 pkg. active dry yeast (Package of active dry yeast can be stored in the container unopened until time of preparation.

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, dry milk powder, dried minced onion (optional), dill seed, and salt. Mix together thoroughly. Put in a large airtight container. Label, store in a cool, dry place. Makes 1 loaf |
| Hints, Tips and Variations: this mix will keep for 6 to 8 months in a large airtight container. |
